WOYWW? #170

Well, it's not officially Wednesday here in Georgia but by the time I finish writing this...close enough. :-) Last week I posted a pic of my workdesk all neat and tidy getting ready to scrap my Munich trip. This week, a tad messier!

If you're wondering why in the world is she sharing pics of her desk...well, go check out our wonderful hostess Julia at Stamping Ground. You'll see what the fuss is about and maybe join in...it's fun.

Let's go....

I was able to get about 3 layouts done this weekend. Only had one day off so not alot of time to craft. I did post a blog about 2 of the LO's and the pics were acting up...downloading sideways. :-/ Not sure what was going on there..but if you'd like to check them out...Around Munich. I know some were interested. However, on the desk is another LO waiting to be completed. Storybook cartridge and another floating around somewhere. Spellbinders on the far side.

And than this is where the actual "mess" is.....

To the right side of the floor is all my paper in a big pile. The open pink 12X12 storage container where I place my completed pages. I moved an empty storage container over near the desk to place my laptop so I can look up info about where I was or names of certain places. Peeking out behind that is my little pink Cuttlebug.

That's about all there is to share right now....hope everyone has a great week!!!

P.S. It's officially 12:00AM Wednesday!!! Right on time! LOL.

  1. Great scrapping action this week ! Glad the layouts are coming together ! Good idea to have a box to keep them before they go in your album so you can decide what order to put them in - I'm constantly switching them about ! That's not great news for the embellishments falling off !! have a great week ! Ali H#57

    1. they'll go into the album the order I am putting them into the box. I work my trips chronologically. It's just quicker to work this way for me. Than, when I have an album filled or enough pages, I'll put the cover pages over them. I do need to order some CM albums though...I still don't have any to put this trip into. :-)

  3. Hi Gita - thanks for popping by and for your well wishes for my son. He is on the mend - one down so 6 weeks to go!! Your layouts are fab. We loved Munich when we visited to. We had a lovely time with our friends and it snowed! I have some wonderful Christmas ornaments I bought when I was there and they bring back happy memories each year I unwrap them. 7. I used to have piles on the floor around me, but they are now on my table, if I'm working there. This week I'm at the easel so there's minimal things laying around my work area. You've got a busy time ahead, from the looks of it!

    Happy WOYWW!

  9. A great snoop around your place, Gita! I haven't done much scrapping, but when I did I know I needed LOTS of room, including the floor, when designing the layout.

Thanks for coming by my place earlier! Have a great week! Darnell #93

  11. Hi Gita, for the life of me I couldn't spot you on Julia's linky list, do you realise she likes us to leave our link number to make it easier for replies? Anyway great to get some scrapping done, I am a few months behind on mine but hope to get back in to it after my son goes back to school from tomorrow! Thanks for stopping by BJ #63

  16. Hi, Gita, I've popped over for a return visit -- thanks for visiting me already. Hope you had a good trip. I don't know why I never think of putting completed layouts into one of those boxes . . . although then I'm not sure I'd ever put them in an album! Happy scrapbooking! ~ Laura

  19. I'll have to go check out the LO's on the other post, because from the comments they sound fab. Love your green desk! And thanks for the shot of the floor...otherwise we would all be too envious of how you manage to create without making a mess! :) Thanks for visiting my messy desk and leaving me a comment. And yes, the clean desk never stays that way long! :)
