Afterwards, I used 3D Crystal Lacquer to give the eggs a shiny, raised texture. I kept the card simple and folksy.

This card was inspired by my Lithuanian heritage. Marguciai, the colored and designed eggs, were meant to bring good luck and fortune. I found an egg shaped template online and cut out several "eggs". I used a marker to decorate my eggs. The colors (yellow, green, and red) represent the country's flag.

I created this Easter Bunny card using my Cricut Create a Critter cartridge. I think the bunny was cut at 3 1/2". I used pink glitter inside the ears, nose and cheeks. I also added googly eyes. I love using googly eyes. I searched through all my old cards for an egg-shaped one to use as a template on this card. (I love the vivid feature on my camera -- it really brings out the sharpness of the colors.)
Here's a close up of the pink glitter and googly eyes. I also added "stitching" around the edge of the bunny using a brown marker.
On the Easter basket I cut out small little "eggs" and ran them through the Xyron and poured glitter over the sticky tape. I also added some Martha Stewart tinsel glitter to make it look like grass. I believe the color was verdalite.
